Unity and Gratitude

Today was an amazing day of learning and fun! It leads me to think that it’ll be too much for me to share by the time we get back to Singapore! So I decided to share right now when the memory is still fresh…

The TRA Graduation yesterday was already eye-opening. I couldn’t believe how the room was packed with hundreds of people! The energy was super high, the TRA Da-Ren (Achievers) were all so excited, the crowd were cheering for their friends and families, the events were interesting, the hosts were entertaining, even the prizes were all so attractive – with Champion of Champions taking away prizes that worth more than HK$10,000! I was seriously thinking, how did they do that?

That question was immediately answered by Charissa, 5MDCM & TE, this morning during the special training for qualifying team leaders. They have not only a system, but the thoroughness in the details of each step in the execution. From setting up of the TRA committee & class structure, planning of Guest Event, to the details of team leader handbook and participant welcome pack, we can see how much effort had been put into creating the system; and more so, in creating a standard model of duplication!

All the procedures and problems were summarized in just one training, so that the responses to all the common situations arising from the Success Class are standardized among the leaders. To become a class monitor one also had to go through the process of being a participant (minimum 2 months TRA), assistant team leader, team leader, and then assistant monitor. This ensures a continuity of supporting team, while building up a strong foundation in both knowledge and organization skills. Only when the Success Class is strong and committed to bring the greatest benefits to the customers, we can then talk about customer retention after TRA and even conversion to business builder!

What impressed me is also the post-TRA events that line up to expose the existing participants to business, such as the TRA Graduation, Grand Competition, Guest Event; and for those who are interested in business, New Distributor Orientation; and for those who are not YET interested, TRA Alunmni. Like what Tai-chi was saying, this whole system could be the solution to a long-time problem – how to make invitation and follow-up easy and remove objections! The whole system is a system of follow-up, with the prospects come every week by themselves and willing to learn all that we can offer!

To date, in 2008, HK Joint Force has helped 750 people to lose a total of 4630 pounds of fat (not weight), 5986 inches, and 2300 years of body age! Incredible indeed, considering they only started with a few committed leaders, but with a big dream of bringing in 1000 people a year! The credit should certainly be given to the team who had made it happen. They have brought the Joint Force’s slogan to live:

“Unity and gratitude, let's achieve extra-ordinary life together!”

This reminds me to thank Almond, HK BD I met yesterday during dinner, and her Sweden Chinese downline, Esther, who gave me some Tegreen and Reishimax for my throat infection – they really help! And also Karen and Kenny who bought me herbal drinks and Chinese medicine for flu. It touched me and strengthened my belief in giving.
